"Home Office Prevails in Security Dispute with Harry: What This Means for Homeowners"

Home Office Prevails in Security Dispute with Harry: What This Means for HomeownersPrince Harry’s security level while in the UK has been a hot topic lately. After a decision by the UK Home Office left him without protection, the High Court has now weighed in on whether that decision should stand.

High Court judge Sir Peter Lane issued the ruling on Wednesday morning, going against Prince Harry. The Duke of Sussex was not happy when he found out he no longer qualified for security after moving to America with his wife Meghan Markle in 2020.

Ravec, a committee responsible for royal and public figure protection, made the decision that sparked a legal battle. Despite Prince Harry’s team arguing that his US-based security team couldn’t properly protect him in the UK, the judge found the decision to be justified.

Shortly after the ruling, King Charles was seen leaving his London home, just as Prince Harry lost his legal battle over security. Harry’s spokesperson announced that he will be appealing the High Court decision, seeking fair treatment under Ravec’s rules.

The Home Office expressed their satisfaction with the court’s ruling against Prince Harry, emphasizing the rigorous and proportionate nature of their security system. This decision comes after Prince Harry and Meghan discussed the removal of their security during an interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2020.

In addition to his legal troubles in the UK, Prince Harry is also facing issues in the United States. The Heritage Foundation believes he received special treatment from the Department for Homeland Security for his American visa. Former President Donald Trump even threatened deportation if re-elected in 2024, stating that Prince Harry betrayed the Queen and would not receive protection from him.
