Expert Reveals Charles' Candid Thoughts on Andrew in Home Security NewsBy Claire Duffin

King Charles is reportedly showing his feelings towards Prince Andrew by removing the security team from his brother’s £30 million home. The Duke of York is facing pressure from His Majesty to move out of Royal Lodge in Windsor and into a more modest property to save money.

Despite the King’s efforts, Prince Andrew has refused to leave the 19th-century, Grade II-listed building with 30 rooms, a pool, and 90 acres of land. The security guards, funded by Charles, have been informed they will not be needed from the autumn, sparking speculation that the duke may be compelled to relocate.

Former BBC royal reporter Michael Cole described the King’s decision to remove the security team as a “radical move” that would leave Andrew “very, very unhappy.” Charles has been advocating for Andrew to move to Frogmore Cottage, previously occupied by Prince Harry and Meghan, but legal obstacles make eviction challenging.

The King is expected to arrive at the Balmoral estate in Scotland with Queen Camilla tomorrow to host the extended Royal Family. Andrew and his daughters may join them, potentially leading to an uncomfortable situation due to Andrew’s past controversies.

Charles has been covering the costs of his brother’s security guards after armed police were withdrawn. However, His Majesty is now reluctant to indefinitely pay for Andrew’s security. With no visible means of income, Andrew faces financial challenges in maintaining Royal Lodge.

The Royal Household is reportedly not planning to move any royals into Royal Lodge if Andrew vacates the property. Buckingham Palace declined to comment on the situation.
