Shocking CCTV footage captured the moment a British mother was knocked out with a single punch by a security guard in Thailand after confronting him for sleeping on the job. Jane Cox, 37, from Eastbourne, approached the guard at the Modern Home Tower apartment block in Bangkok and filmed the incident as she woke him up. The situation escalated into a brawl, with Ms. Cox shoving the guard before he struck her in the face, leaving her on the ground. The incident occurred in December 2021, but an arrest warrant was issued for the guard, Mohammad Ayan, in September last year. Ms. Cox, who suffered a black eye, bruised jaw, and fractured cheekbone, has spoken out with her family, calling for justice. Her husband has enlisted lawyers to help with their case against Mr. Ayan, who has since left his job. The family is seeking further action against both the employer and the guard.
