Rapper 50 Cent has taken to social media to share his thoughts after news broke that Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami were raided by the FBI.
Law enforcement authorities conducted raids at both luxury mansions as part of an ongoing investigation. Several individuals were seen leaving in handcuffs, and officers were spotted with their guns drawn during the operation. It remains unclear if Diddy, also known as Sean John Combs, was present or involved in the arrests.
In response, 50 Cent posted on Instagram, suggesting that the people taken into custody were Diddy’s kids. He wrote, “S**t just got real the Fed’s in all the cribs, damn they got the kids in cuffs.” He also added, “Now it’s not Diddy do it, it’s Diddy done they don’t come like that unless they got a case.”
Fans flooded the comments section with reactions to 50 Cent’s posts, with one saying, “My first words when I saw the news ’50 cent is gonna have a field day with this'”. Another commented, “I don’t feel sorry for him.” Others expressed concern for the children involved.
The raids are reportedly linked to a federal investigation into sex trafficking. Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York confirmed the actions, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles and HSI Miami. Further details are expected to be released as the investigation progresses.
In late 2024, Diddy faced lawsuits related to sexual assault allegations ahead of the expiration of the Adult Survivors Act. The lawsuits were filed by singer Cassandra Ventura and Joi Dickerson-Neal. A representative for Diddy dismissed the claims as a “money grab.”
